Terms & Conditions of Sales Contract

All Goods Are Supplied To The Following Conditions:

1. Goods at all times remain the property of B & B Equipment Hire & Sales.
2. Goods will be checked and signed for by the hirer on delivery. 
3. Service is door to door. Where delivery entails our staff taking goods to specific rooms or having to reassemble equipment after use, extra time is involved and additional charges will be made. 
4. Charges for delivery will be given when order is taken. 
5. No responsibility can be accepted for injury caused by use of equipment hired. No Liability accepted for any stock lost by malfunction of the equipment on hire.
6. Hirer should ensure that they or their representatives are at the delivery address. 
7. Please Note: Hire goods must be returned by the date and times agreed, or further hire charges will be made for each day that the goods are not returned. This charge is known as a penalty charge at 20% per day. 
8. The hirer is responsible for all breakages and losses, these will be charged at replacement cost. 
9. All packing boxes will be charged for if not returned. 
10. All goods must be returned clean (Dirty goods will be charged for at 30% extra. By prior agreement only). 
11. Any shortages or delivered breakages must be notified to the company prior to the use of the hire. Failure to do so will result in the assumption that these are the sole responsibility of the hirer. 
12. V.A.T at the standard rate will be added to the total invoice cost. 
13. Deposit of £50 on refrigerated trailer hire.
14. Deposit of £100 on Furniture Hire
